Gretna………Inez Yeatts Mason Irby, age 84 of Gretna died Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at Gretna Health and Rehab Center.

Born September 28, 1940 in Pittsylvania County, she was a daughter of the late Walter Edward Yeatts and Josephine Fitzgerald Yeatts.  She was predeceased by her first husband, Robert Henry Mason; her second husband, Hugh Paul Irby; a daughter, Robbin Porter; a grandson, Andrew Logwood; a brother, Donald Yeatts; and a son-in-law, Ricky Ferguson. Mrs. Irby was a member of First Southern Baptist Church.  She enjoyed going to yard sales, going out to eat, cookouts with family; and spending time with her family, especially Christmas gatherings.

She is survived by one daughter, Deborah Ferguson of Gretna; one brother, Larry Yeatts and wife, Lyndell; a sister-in-law, Charlotte Yeatts; five grandchildren, Brandy Arnold and husband, Roger, Adam Logwood and wife, Heather, Jamie Ferguson, Shannon Gibson and Alan Logwood; seven great-grandchildren, Austin, Noah, Emily, Mason, Taylor, Andrew, and Kaitlyn; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, May 3, 2025 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home.
