Gretna……….Illa Mae Wagner Watts, age 91 of Gretna, died Tuesday, February 13, 2024 in Denver, North Carolina.

Born May 18, 1932 in Jackson, Michigan, she was a daughter of the late Leslie Arnold Wagner and Bernice Louise Doney Wagner. She was predeceased by her husband, Clyde W. Watts; two brothers, Richard Wagner and Larry Wagner; and one sister, Barbara Jean Reams. Mrs. Watts attended Summersett Baptist Church and New Beginnings Baptist Church and was a home maker. She loved crafts, crocheting, knitting, crossword puzzles and enjoyed time on the computer.

She is survived by one daughter, Karen Delauder and husband, Ron of Gretna; four sons, Michael Watts and wife, Brenda of Gaffney, SC, Thomas Watts and friend, Lynda of West Palm, FL, Douglas Watts and wife, Mandy of Denver, NC and Gary Watts and wife, Linda of Charlotte, NC; and 19 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild on the way.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 17, 2024 at Colbert-Moran Chapel by Rev. Bobby Brumfield. Burial will follow in Carl O. Moran Memorial Garden.

The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, February 16, 2024 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home and other times will be at the residence of her daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Ron Delauder.
