Hurt……..Glenn Allan Nichols, age 65 of Hurt died Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at Centra Lynchburg General Hospital.

Born January 29, 1956 in Lynchburg, he was a son of the late William "Spider" Ernest Nichols and Nancy Allan Nichols.  He was predeceased by one step-son, Donnie Ray Overstreet.  Glenn retried from the Lane Company and he was the owner/operator of Glenn's Customs.  He loved Blue Grass music, playing the guitar and singing, and NASCAR.

He is survived by his wife Peggy "P.J" Sue Johnson of the residence; one step-daughter, Crystal Saul and husband, Terry "Tubs" of Lynch Station; one brother, Junior Nichols and wife, Jane of Gretna; two sisters, Bonnie Perkins of Hurt, and Christy Witt and husband, Chester of Altavista; three step-grandchildren, Madison Elizabeth Craven, Natalie Grace Saul, and Nicholas Overstreet; four nephews, Brandon Perkins and wife, Roblyn, Josh Perkins and wife, Mary, Dylan Chapman and wife, April, and Carson Nichols; and great-nieces and great-nephews.

Memorial services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 31, 2021 at Colbert-Moran Chapel by Levi Osborne.

The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, July 30, 2021 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home and other times will be at the residence.
