Gretna……….Gladys Inman Davis, age 88 of Gretna, died Monday, January 18, 2021 at her residence.

Born December 11, 1932 in Danville, she was a daughter of the late Luther Lester Inman and Lillian Begerly Inman Turner.  She was predeceased by her husband, Donald Max Steyer; and one brother, Clyde Inman.  Mrs. Davis was a member of Sandy Level Baptist Church, and she was a bookkeeper.  She enjoyed making flower arrangements, fishing, and spending time with her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by one son, Donald Steyer of Gretna; one sister, Virginia Turner of Danville; four grandchildren, Jason Wetmore, April Steyer, Kelly Steyer, and Brady Steyer; and six great-grandchildren, Gavin Wetmore, Bryce Hammock, Sadie Hammock, Morgan Steyer, Ariel Yopp, and Jaxon Yopp.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at the residence.
