Altavista……….James (Eddie) Edward Pritchett, age 46 of 1310 Lola Ave, Altavista died Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at Lynchburg General Hospital.
Born December 10, 1965 in Danville, he was a son of James I. Pritchett of Blairs and Lavonne Power Tuck and husband, Early of Lynch Station. Eddie enjoyed fishing, softball, playing cards and being in and around the water.
In addition to his parents he is survived by one daughter, Ashley Pritchett of the residence; one sister, Tracey Pritchett and boyfriend, Terry Lee Mitchell of Altavista; one step-sister, Vickie Moore of Forest; and one step-brother, Todd Tuck of Wilmington, NC.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Friday, June 29, 2012 at Colbert-Moran Chapel by Pastor Steve Turner and Pastor Jerry Viemeister. Burial will follow in the Carl O. Moran Memorial Garden.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service Friday, 10 to 11 a.m., at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home and other times will be at the residence.
