Gretna……Earl "Butch" Eugene Keifer, Jr., age 68 of Gretna died Sunday, May 7, 2023 at his residence.

Born May 19, 1954 in Alaska, he was a son of the late Earl Eugene Keifer, Sr. and Marguerite Atkins Keifer. Mr. Keifer retired from BGF Industries and he was a member of Altavista Moose Lodge. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and talking to people.

He is survived by one sister, Sue Lambert of Hurt; and one niece, Jennifer Dillon of Williamsburg.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Saturday, May 13, 2023 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home.
