Hurt………Virginia Dianne Keatts, age 75 of Hurt died Thursday, June 13, 2024 at Centra Lynchburg General Hospital.

Born August 29, 1948 in Lynchburg, she was a daughter of the late Richard Dove and Lessie Hendricks Dove.  She was predeceased by her husband, Cecil Bennett Keatts, Jr.; and a sister, Dorothy Dove Hendricks.  Mrs. Keatts was a member of Spring Road Baptist Church and she retired from the Lane Company.  She enjoyed coloring, reading, fishing, and going to church when she was able to.

She is survived by one son, Randy Keatts of Hurt; one daughter, Rena Keatts of Hurt; one sister, Faye Pierce and husband, William of Hurt; special friends, Shirley Dowdy of Altavista and Carolyn Henderson of Altavista; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 17, 2024 at the Hendricks Family Cemetery by Pastor Ronnie Simpson.
