Lynch Station……Diana Lynne Giles McCullock, age 65 of Lynch Station died Thursday, October 4, 2018 at her residence.
Born December 20, 1952, in Altavista, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Green Giles and Helen Quarles Giles. She was predeceased by a brother, Tony Giles. Diana worked in child care at the Altavista YMCA. She enjoyed fishing, taking pictures, making wreaths, gardening and playing Farmville on Facebook.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Lee McCullock of the residence; one daughter, Elizabeth Geneva McCullock of Lynch Station; three sons, David Lee McCullock and wife, Sherry of Straightstone, Jerry Wayne McCullock and wife, Jessi of Hurt and Randall Heath McCullock and wife, Julie of Reston; five sisters, Laura Field of Daytona Beach, FL, Burdy Saunders of Hurt, Merle Glenn and husband, Chuck of Hurt, Brenda Giles of Hurt and Cheryl Spence and husband, Jerry of Lynch Station; six grandchildren, Kailyn Dawson, Jonah Lukin, Alex McCullock, Paige Boley, Hailey Boley and Aubree Boley; one great-grandchild, Alice Grey Dawson; a special friend and caretaker, Jane Gibson of Altavista; numerous nieces and nephews; and her fur baby, Aubie.
Memorial services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Monday, October 8, 2018 at Colbert-Moran Chapel by Rev. Bobby Brumfield.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:00 P.M. Sunday, October 7, 2018 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home.
