Hurt……Deborah McDaniel Irby, age 53 of Hurt died Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at her residence.

Born August 5, 1966 in Lynchburg, she was a daughter of the late Floyd J. McDaniel and Margaret Mason McDaniel.  Mrs. Irby attended Spring Road Baptist Church and she was an employee of BGF Industries.  She loved her grandchildren, and her fur baby.

She is survived by her husband, Leo Cecil Irby, Jr. of the residence; one daughter, Jessica Myers and husband, David of Colorado Springs, CO; one step-son, Leo Irby III and wife, Michelle of Chatham; three grandchildren, Ryan Bayse of Colorado Springs, CO, Alexis Myers of Colorado Springs, CO, and Ariel Irby of Chatham; a half-sister, Samantha McDaniel Kirby and husband, Jesse of Hurt; a sister-in-law, Patricia I. Keatts and husband, Carroll of Gretna; and her fur baby, "Big Mac."

Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 13, 2020 at Green Lawn Cemetery by Ronnie Simpson.
