Gretna………David Allen Vaughan, age 51 of Gretna, died Monday, January 22, 2024 at his residence.

Born July 1, 1972 in Lynchburg, he was a son of Pamela Rowland Sherwood and husband, Harry of Gretna, and David Lawrence Vaughan of Lynchburg.  He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Morgan and Jean Rowland; and his paternal grandparents, Howard and Edna Vaughan. David was a bucket truck operator with JBM Enterprises, Inc.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his girlfriend, Jackie Vernon.

Memorial services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 15, 2024 at Colbert-Moran Chapel by Pastor Eugene Henry.
