Hurt………Daniel Wayne Eades, age 40 of Hurt died Friday, November 26, 2021.

Born September 17, 1981 in Lynchburg, he was a son of Russell "Butch" Eades and wife, Melissa of Hurt and the late Brenda Miles Eades.  He was predeceased by paternal grandparents, Tommy and Lottie Eades; and maternal grandparents, Jim and Christine Miles.  Daniel was a member of Monte Vista Baptist Church and he was a U.S. Air Force Veteran of 10 years.  He enjoyed playing golf, and helping in the construction of homes for the National Center for Healthy Veterans.

In addition to his father and step-mother, he is survived by one son, Eric Eades of Coconut Creek, FL; one daughter, Emily Eades of Coconut Creek, FL; one brother, Timothy Eades and wife, Lindsey of Midlothian; one nephew, Tucker Eades; and two nieces, Gracyn Eades and Savannah Eades.

Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 2, 2021 at Monte Vista Baptist Church Cemetery by Rev. Latta Terry.  Military Honors by American Legion Altavista Post 36 and Gretna Post 232.

The family will receive friends at the residence of his father and step-mother, Butch and Melissa Eades.
