Gretna…….Connie Gaye Mayhew, age 75 of Gretna died Monday, July 8, 2024 at Centra Lynchburg General Hospital.

Born February 24, 1949, she was a daughter of the late John William Mayhew and Emogene Guthrie Mayhew. She was predeceased by one brother, Larry Mayhew. Connie retired from Sara Lee.

She is survived by one son, Billy James Davis, Jr. and special daughter-in-law, Pamela of Gretna; two brothers, Dean Mayhew of Gretna and Michael Mayhew of Gretna; one step-grandson, Benjamin Dunn and wife, Anna; one step-great-granddaughter, Caroline; and a special grand-dog, "Hooch."

Per her request there will be no public service.
