Gretna…….Clarence Amon Lansaw, Jr., age 73 of Gretna died Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at Gretna Health and Rehab Center.
Born August 31, 1939 in Quinnwood, WV, he was a son of the late Clarence Amon Lansaw, Sr. and Barbara Golden Lansaw. Mr. Lansaw was of the Baptist Faith and was a former employee of Babcock and Wilcox. He enjoyed fishing, working on automobiles, and cooking on the grill.
He is survived by his wife, Carol Rowland Lansaw of Gretna; one son Chris Lansaw; one daughter, Cindy Lansaw; one sister, Jean Nelson; and one niece, Melody Blair.
Following his wishes there will be no public service.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 4 P.M. Thursday, November 8, 2012 at the residence of Victor and Angie Pickral, 111 South Music Street, Gretna.
