Gretna…….Cindy Lurine Hudson, age 62 of Gretna, died Sunday, December 24, 2023 at her residence.

Born February 5, 1961 in Danville, she was a daughter of the late George Hartfell Hudson and Margaret Bullard Hudson.  She was predeceased by one brother, Jerry Richard Hudson.  Cindy was a seamstress, and of the Baptist faith.  She enjoyed the ocean, dolphins, lighthouses, and spending time with her family.

She is survived by one son, Marcus Hudson (Mary Watts) of Hurt; one daughter, Heather Hudson (Danny Wright) of Haverhill, MA; four sisters, Sara Lumpkin of Sandy Level, Mary Jane Moore (Harold) of Greensboro, NC, Laura Graham of Eden, NC, and Carolyn Schwenk of Clinton, NC; and three grandsons, Lazarus, Godric, and Mordecai.  She will always be loved, and deeply missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
