Christine Elliott Hudson

Gretna..........Christine Elliott Hudson, age 88 of Gretna, formerly of Altavista died Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at Gretna Health & Rehab.
Born February 9, 1922 in Campbell County she was a daughter of the late Killis Elliott and Gertrude Keesee Elliott. She was predeceased by her husband, Ernest Hudson, a sister, Inez Gills Breakiron, six brothers, Leo Jasper Elliott, Clyde Elliott, Ryland Elliott, Lyle Elliott, Paige Elliott and L.R. (Buddy) Elliott. Mrs. Hudson was a member of Central Baptist Church in Altavista and was a retired employee of BGF Industries. She enjoyed traveling.
She is survived by nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be conducted 4:00 p.m. Friday, July 9, 2010 at Altavista Memorial Park by Rev. Michael Duncan.
The family will receive friends at the residence of her nephew and niece, Milton and Susan Elliott, 2332 Blue Ridge Drive, Gretna.
