What is a Christian Mother?

A Christian Mother's life is grounded in faith in God, always trusting in His plans for herself and her children. Seeking to maintain a close relationship with God, and allowing the Holy Spirit to guide her.

Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight."

Cecelia was such a person. Loving, kind, soft spoken, full of grace and forgiveness, and a role model. She disciplined when necessary but she was full of so much love for her family and others. She trusted the Lord completely.

She was a wife, a mother, a sister, aunt, and a mother figure to so many over the years. She is truly a special person and will always have a place in the hearts of everyone she came in contact with. She has moved on waiting for us, healed completely in the arms of Jesus.

In the arms of God, you now rest,

Your soul is free, no longer oppressed.

Though our hearts may ache and our tears may flow,

We find comfort knowing you are in His loving glow.

We love you Cecelia, until we meet again!

This is not goodbye, just see you later.

With Love,

The Family
