Gretna……….Andrew "Andy" Rudd Wyatt, age 63 of Gretna died Saturday, April 3, 2021 at his residence.

Born January 2, 1958 in South Boston, he was a son of the late Ben "Pete" Johnson Wyatt, Sr. and Mary Rudd Wyatt.  He was predeceased by a brother, Ben J. Wyatt, Jr.  Mr. Wyatt was a member of St. Andrews United Methodist Church.  He was a graduate of CVCC and he retired from the Town of Altavista after 30 years of service.  Andy was an avid outdoorsman; and he loved music, and working on the family farm.  He was a kind and giving person to all of his family and community.  He will be greatly missed.

He is survived by one sister, Patricia Scruggs and husband, Steve of Gretna; one brother, Elton Crotts and wife, Janet of Fairfax; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Private graveside services will be held at Carl O. Moran Memorial Garden by Rev. R.G. Rowland.
