Gretna……….Aleesha Evette Hall, age 49 of Gretna died Sunday, October 13, 2024 at her residence.

Born March 1, 1975 in Lynchburg, she was a daughter of Carlton Jerome Hall and Jeri Meaux Hall of Gretna.  Aleesha was a member of The Greater Canaan Land Church and was an employee of Graham Packaging.  She loved her boys and family; and was a very affectionate person that enjoyed giving hugs.  Aleesha was always the life of the party and was a big Redskins fan.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by two sons, Briston Lovelace and wife, Ebony of Chatham and John Lovelace of Gretna; one brother, Torres Hall of Gretna; two sisters, Sherell Clark of Gretna and Andrea Jones of Lynchburg; her God sister, LaCresha Townsend of Martinsville; her God son, Austin Moran of Gretna; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Sunday, October 20, 2024 at The Greater Canaan Land Church of Gretna, by Bishop Raymond Bennett, Bishop Lorenzo Hall, Bishop Shantae Younger, Elder Gerald Kidd and Minister Tanya Davis.  Burial will follow in The Greater Canaan Land Church Cemetery of Gretna.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturday, October 19, 2024, at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home and other times will be at the residence, 721 Virginia Street, Gretna and at the residence of her parents, Carlton and Jeri Hall, 600 Payne Street, Gretna.
