Gretna…..Albert (Pete) Cecil Robertson, 60, of Gretna, died Friday, April 10, 2015 at his home
Born June 21, 1954 in Altavista, he was a son of the late, Howard Edward (Popcorn) Robertson and Jennie Katie Irby Keatts. Pete was an employee of Columbia Forest Products in Chatham. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, going to the beach, working in his garage and spending time with his cats.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Dale Dalton Robertson of the residence; one daughter, Regina Towler and husband, Barry of Chatham; one brother, Raymond Robertson and wife, Brenda of Pittsville; two sisters, Annie Wade of Hurt, and Dottie Wood and husband, John Ed of Altavista; and two grandsons, Cody (Runt) Towler and Justin (Squirt) Towler.
Funeral Services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 13, 2015 at the Colbert –Moran Chapel by Rev. Jason Andrews. Burial will follow in the Carl O. Moran Memorial Garden.
The family will receive friends 7 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday, April 12, 2015 at Colbert-Moran Funeral Home and other times will be at the residence.
