Altavista……Adrian Lee Puckett, age 58 of Altavista lost his courageous battle with cancer July 13, 2025.

Born December 20, 1966, he was the son of the late Roger Puckett and Sharon Martin.

Adrian worked at Hollands Contracting for almost 30 years.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, NASCAR Racing, and everything dealing with nature.

He is survived by one aunt, Carolyn Tucker of Gladys; two sisters, Tara Moore and husband, H.B. Simpson, Jr. of Gretna, and Kim Barbour and husband, Tony of Pittsville; seven nieces and nephews; twelve great-nieces and great-nephews; and a cousin, Sherry Wien (Gary) of Belmar, New Jersey.

The family would like to thank his special friends, Ken Owens and Vicky Jones for all their help and support over the years.

Per his request there will be no funeral service.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to The Gideons International, P.O. Box 97251, Washington D.C. 20090-97251.
